• For the purposes of our legitimate interests, such as prospecting and engagement, as well as the management of relationships with our prospects, customers, suppliers and other business partners;
• To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations and to ensure the defence of our rights;
• On the basis of the consent of the natural persons concerned.

In the event that the natural person whose personal data we process has objected to such processing, we may nevertheless be authorised to carry out or continue said processing on one of the other legal grounds mentioned above.

• Retention of contracts entered into with our customers;

• Delivery management;
• Invoicing, accounting and customer account management;
• Customer file management, management and follow-up of the commercial relationship with our customers and other business partners;
• Setting up and managing our prospects file, prospecting;
• Management of newsletters and other communications of the same nature;
• Organisation of, registration for and invitation to events;
• Improving navigation and the user experience of our website, in particular for the purpose of managing audience measurement statistics.

Our company does not transfer any personal data collected outside the European Union.

We keep the personal data collected only for the time necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, in compliance with the regulations in force and without prejudice to legal retention obligations and limitation periods.

In particular, the data of our customers is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, and for an additional period of 3 years for engagement and prospecting purposes.

In particular, our company implements means to ensure the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of processing systems and services.
