How can I leave a review on my order?

It's very simple! After receiving your piercing box, you will receive an email with a direct link to leave your review. You can also log in to your customer account and go to the "My Orders" section to rate the products you purchased.

How long after my order can I leave a review?

You can leave your review as soon as you have tested the equipment in your box. We recommend waiting until you have used at least a few kits to give a complete and useful review. There is no time limit!

What should I mention in my review of the piercing kits?

Talk about the equipment quality (blade sharpness, catheter flexibility, glove durability...), the practicality of the box, the value for money, and your overall experience. Feel free to mention which types of piercings you used the kit for!

Can I edit my review after publishing it?

Yes, you can edit your review by contacting our customer service. If you have discovered new aspects of the equipment after extended use, we can update your comment.

Will my review be verified before publication?
